About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Standardize, design, and introduce new operational processes for business applications, services, and operational activities
Analyze, define, and introduce new operational areas such as data management, quality assurance, and operational control
Further develop the operations organization and prepare employees, processes, and technologies for operational readiness
Define and establish processes for operational involvement in homologation activities as well as construction and infrastructure projects
Gather and specify operational and business requirements for OT components and building automation systems
Lead and coordinate stakeholders while actively supporting change and transformation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience building or transforming complex infrastructure, real estate, or operations organizations—from conception through operational implementation
In-depth knowledge of designing and introducing standardized operational processes and operating models
Demonstrated experience in real estate and infrastructure operations, ideally with a focus on building automation, technical operations, or facility management
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience handling complex interfaces between operations, technology, real estate, and external partners
Understanding of digital systems, CRM, ticketing, and case management solutions, as well as data, reporting, and control processes
Experience with change and transformation initiatives, along with excellent communication, facilitation, and assertiveness skills in demanding organizational structures
Very good command of German
A clean criminal record is mandatory
