About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, manage, and deliver complex ICT projects
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Take responsibility for timelines, quality, risks, and dependencies
- Support PI Planning, sprint cycles, and agile ceremonies
- Manage backlogs, deliverables, and project progress
- Prepare project, status, and management reports
- Support technical rollouts and infrastructure initiatives
- Ensure successful delivery in accordance with established governance and quality standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in ICT project management or technical project leadership
- Experience with agile methodologies; knowledge of SAFe or DevSecOps is an advantage
- Technical understanding of infrastructure, platform, or software environments
- Experience in stakeholder and escalation management
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to assertively drive initiatives forward
- Excellent German language skills
- An impeccable record is mandatory
