Key responsibilities & impact

Operate, administer, and further develop F5 BIG-IP APM and F5 BIG-IP ASM (Web Application Firewall) in a business-critical environment
Implement and maintain modern authentication and authorization solutions based on OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
Design, integrate, and operate Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using Keycloak and Nevis
Ensure secure and stable access to applications, APIs, and corporate portals
Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide sustainable solutions for security, authentication, and access issues
Support architecture, integration, and security initiatives in collaboration with internal departments and technical teams
Contribute to the continued development of security standards, IAM processes, and access management concepts
Create and maintain technical documentation, and support operations, maintenance, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience as an IT Systems Specialist, IAM Engineer, Security Engineer, or in a comparable role
Extensive hands-on experience operating F5 BIG-IP APM and F5 BIG-IP ASM (WAF)
Excellent knowledge of modern authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
Experience with the IAM platforms Keycloak and Nevis
Good understanding of web security, access management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity federation
Experience integrating and securing applications, APIs, and portals
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with diverse stakeholders
Fluency in German is mandatory
