Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
Talk to vehicle owners to obtain necessary releases, arrange transport, coordinate 3-way calls with shops or tow companies, and assist with personal item removal
Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and gather vehicle information
Maintain accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions
Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots
Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams
Follow Copart policies and guidelines
Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned by management

What you’ll need

Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Great communication skills, including phone communication and clear, concise writing
Typing speed of 45 WPM
Familiarity with basic 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Professional virtual appearance
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Bilingual skills are a plus
Must be able to work occasional overtime
