Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
Talk to vehicle owners to obtain necessary releases, arrange transport, and help with personal item removal
Conduct 3-way calls with shops or tow companies when needed
Use the “DeCode This” tool to search VINs and gather vehicle information
Keep accurate notes in the system about each vehicle and all interactions
Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 80+ live lots
Participate in weekly team meetings via Teams
Follow Copart policies and guidelines
Assist teammates and perform other duties as assigned by management

What you’ll need

Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Great communication skills – comfortable speaking on the phone and writing clear, concise messages
Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask
Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Bilingual skills are a plus
Must be able to work occasional overtime
Office equipment will be provided to help you succeed in your role
