About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines
  • Document vehicle condition using company-provided tools, including complete inventories and supporting photographs
  • Direct traffic flow in the receiving area to ensure timely vehicle inventory processing
  • Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs
  • Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area
  • Operate a camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles
  • Determine operational capability of motor vehicles
  • Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles
  • Maintain inventory of materials used
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
  • General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Driver's license preferred
  • Bilingual skill a plus
