About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops, other locations, and residences
  • Perform office support functions as needed
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support

Requirements

  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Occasional overtime as needed
