About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and execute activities related to the Compliance and Integrity Program
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance, ethical, and regulatory risks
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of policies, standards, procedures, and internal controls
- Conduct compliance assessments, monitoring activities, risk analyses, and action plans related to compliance matters
- Manage the Integrity Program, including training, communications, monitoring, and initiatives to strengthen the ethical culture
- Receive, analyze, and follow up on reports submitted through whistleblowing channels, as well as other compliance-related requests, in accordance with applicable internal procedures
- Complete forms and assessments requested by clients and third parties on compliance-related matters
- Prepare reports, metrics, and management presentations related to compliance programs
- Understand and implement the company’s established Integrated Management System (IMS) practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Intermediate English
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and a digital certificate
- At least 4 years of experience in Compliance
- Experience reviewing policies and procedures, managing Compliance and Integrity Programs, conducting internal investigations, and handling reports submitted through the Ethics Channel
- Knowledge of antitrust law and tourism industry regulations is a plus
- Basic knowledge of technology and AI regulation is a plus
