About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the strategy, P&L, growth plan, and overall performance of the health system business line
- Define where the business competes and wins across Hospital at Home, SNF at Home, Post-Acute RPM, Chronic Care, and adjacent opportunities
- Develop and execute the business plan, including growth priorities, revenue goals, customer strategy, and key performance metrics
- Establish the operating cadence and accountability required to scale the business
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align investments and priorities with business needs
- Use customer, market, financial, and operational insights to continuously refine the strategy
- Set strategy and performance expectations for the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including commercial execution, implementation, Customer Success, retention, and expansion
- Lead strategic enterprise opportunities and develop relationships with senior health system executives
- Develop clinical, operational, and financial value propositions differentiating CopilotIQ in the market
- Create a systematic strategy for expanding existing customers across facilities, populations, geographies, service lines, and products
- Increase revenue per customer while driving strong retention and long-term strategic relationships
- Build referenceable customers with measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
- Translate market and customer needs into organizational priorities
- Ensure commercial commitments are operationally and clinically achievable and aligned with the product roadmap
- Identify barriers to growth and mobilize appropriate teams to solve them
- Build the organizational structure and leadership capabilities required to scale the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of leadership experience building and scaling enterprise healthcare technology businesses and go-to-market organizations
- Demonstrated experience owning and building a healthcare business line and enterprise GTM function
- Proven success developing and executing an enterprise GTM playbook across sales, implementation, Customer Success, retention, and expansion
- Track record of selling complex, high-value solutions into large health systems and developing strategic enterprise partnerships
- Deep understanding of how health systems evaluate, purchase, implement, and scale new clinical and technology-enabled care models
- Experience selling software and complex solutions into health systems is strongly preferred
- Ability to engage credibly with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CMOs, CNOs, and other senior health system executives
- Strong executive presence with a hands-on, builder mentality and the ability to create structure in an evolving business
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
