About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with customer migrations from observability platforms to Coralogix
  • Analyze existing alerts, dashboards, parsing rules, and monitoring configurations
  • Rebuild alerts, dashboards, and parsing rules using Coralogix best practices
  • Configure log parsing using Regex and work with logs, metrics, and queries
  • Help automate migration tasks using scripts and AI tools
  • Troubleshoot migration issues and work with internal teams to resolve them
  • Collaborate with customers, TAMs, Product, and Engineering throughout the migration process
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and migration guides
  • Continuously learn new observability technologies and Coralogix platform capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of experience in Technical Support, DevOps, Observability, SRE, Monitoring, or a similar technical role
  • Strong customer-facing skills and willingness to work directly with customers
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience with scripting/automation (Python preferred)
  • Exposure to GenAI/LLMs for building automation or developer tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and grow in the observability domain
