About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the day-to-day operations of a CorePower Yoga studio
- Lead the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s)
- Act as a brand ambassador and business driver in the studio and market
- Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve studio membership goals
- Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals
- Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, client retention, and NPS
- Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
- Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team members
- Stabilize and grow studio revenue, profitability, and culture, including during post-opening periods when applicable
- Work primarily in-studio for at least 40 hours weekly, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day
- Teach at least 4 classes per week in multiple formats
- Communicate and enforce CorePower Yoga policies, initiatives, and protocols
- Partner with analytics to optimize the studio schedule based on attendance and student preferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience required
- 200HR certified preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines using a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Commitment to 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
- Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice
