About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver a world-class CorePower Yoga experience
- Lead the operations of a yoga studio
- Coach and inspire the CorePower Yoga classroom experience
- Create a premium, clean, and safe in-studio yoga experience
- Train and lead yoga teachers and mindful leaders
- Build, grow, and lead teachers and Studio Experience Team members
- Work alongside the District Manager to deliver results and sustained growth toward company and studio-level goals
- Act as a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market
- Own day-to-day studio operations, including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators
- Partner with the local sales team to generate membership leads and achieve membership goals
- Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals
- Meet and exceed targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count and attendance, client retention, and NPS
- Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities
- Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members
- Stabilize studio growth, including revenue, profitability, and cultural growth where applicable
- Work primarily in-studio, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day per week
- Teach at least four classes per week in multiple formats
- Communicate and enforce company policies, initiatives, and protocols
- Partner with analytics to optimize class schedules based on student attendance and preferences
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience required
- 200HR certified preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding key performance metrics such as membership, teacher training revenue, class count, and client satisfaction and retention
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach, remaining nimble as construction timelines shift for new studios
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Availability for 5–6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
- Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice
