About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the operations of the Tribeca CorePower Yoga studio
Coach and inspire the CorePower Yoga classroom experience
Create a premium, clean, safe, and sensory in-studio yoga experience
Train, recruit, and onboard teachers and studio staff
Build, grow, and lead teachers and Studio Experience Team members
Drive membership leads and achieve studio membership goals
Meet performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, retention, and NPS
Lead and recruit for Teacher Training programs, including 200HR, 50HR, and intensives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the District Manager on business priorities and growth
Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team members
Stabilize studio growth, revenue, profitability, and cultural development where applicable
Work primarily in-studio for at least 40 hours per week, act as on-call manager as needed, and work at least one weekend day
Teach at least 4 classes per week in multiple formats
Communicate and enforce company policies, initiatives, and protocols
Partner with analytics to optimize studio schedules based on student attendance and preferences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
Facilitation and training experience required
200HR certification preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting or exceeding performance metrics
Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority
Ability to work with multiple deadlines and shifting construction timelines
Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize
Availability for 5–6 days and 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day
Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility required
Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to teach any class format, sometimes with little to no notice
