About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the President and leadership team
  • Organize, review, and manage the President's email inbox
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
  • Manage LinkedIn messages
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle senior manager requests and queries
  • Participate in industry events, including government agency small business outreach and NCMA meetings
  • Provide debriefs and action plans for industry events
  • Build a rolodex of potential partners for collaborations
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
  • Identify leads and support prospects to acquire new clients and opportunities
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Conduct initial Gate 1 reviews with management
  • Learn and contribute to capture activities beyond Gate 1
  • Create and post articles on the CORMAC website, LinkedIn, and other social media
  • Acquire brand materials
  • Organize company events such as social gatherings
  • Compile detailed reports capturing successes and opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years of experience handling similar roles
  • Highly organized, proactive, and professional
  • Ability to manage executive communications and schedules
  • Ability to organize meetings and maintain records
  • Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
