About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Territory Sales Managers to service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Develop in-depth knowledge of windows, doors, siding, trim, and other core product lines
- Use CRM systems and order entry tools to manage customer data and sales activities
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams on quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support alongside Territory Sales and Regional Managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Self-starter with strong initiative and desire to grow a career in sales
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and navigate multiple aspects of the business
- Strong collaboration skills
- Customer service mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and basic digital systems, including CRM and quoting tools
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation for field travel
- Ideal current location: Minneapolis/Southern MN
- Open to future relocation within Midwest region
- Approximately 50%+ travel based on regional needs
- Must be at least 18 years of age
