About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers to service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of windows, doors, siding, and trim product lines
  • Use CRM systems and order entry tools to manage customer data and sales activities
  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams on quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support alongside Territory Sales and Regional Managers
  • Gain hands-on experience across warehouse, showroom, and job-site operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and desire to grow a career in sales
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and navigate multiple aspects of the business
  • Strong collaboration skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Customer service mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and basic digital systems (CRM, quoting, etc.)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel
  • Ideal current location: Minneapolis/Southern MN
  • Open to future relocation within Midwest region
  • Approximately 50%+ travel based on regional needs
