About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Territory Sales Managers to service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Develop in-depth knowledge of windows, doors, siding, trim, and other core product lines
- Use CRM systems and order-entry tools to manage customer data and sales activities
- Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams on quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up
- Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support alongside Territory Sales and Regional Managers
- Gain hands-on experience across inside and outside sales, field operations, customer engagement, and product knowledge
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the building products business from warehouse to showroom to job site
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Self-starter with strong initiative and desire to grow a career in sales
- Clear and professional communicator able to build rapport quickly
- Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and navigate multiple aspects of the business
- Strong collaborator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Commitment to excellent customer service and support
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and basic digital systems (CRM, quoting, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel
- Ideal current location: Minneapolis/Southern MN
- Open to future relocation within Midwest region
- Approximately 50%+ travel based on needs within the region
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
