About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers to service existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of windows, doors, siding, trim, and other core product lines
  • Use CRM systems and order entry tools to manage customer data and sales activities
  • Collaborate with inside sales and operations teams on quoting, order processing, and customer follow-up
  • Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and field support alongside Territory Sales and Regional Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and desire to grow a career in sales
  • Clear and professional communicator able to build rapport quickly
  • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and navigate multiple aspects of the business
  • Strong collaborator able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Customer service mindset committed to excellent service and support
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital systems, including CRM and quoting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field travel
  • Open to future relocation within the Midwest region
  • Approximately 50%+ travel based on regional needs
