About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the daily operations, performance tracking, and optimization of contractor-facing loyalty, incentive, and engagement programs
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for large strategic contractor accounts
  • Drive program participation and engagement to build customer loyalty and sales growth
  • Develop business solutions for strategic partners in the new construction, repair, and remodel industries
  • Support customer advocacy, lead nurturing, contractor/builder collateral strategy, training, and engagement events
  • Collaborate with field sales teams and strategic account managers to implement pull strategies
  • Manage Contractor Loyalty Program rules, product eligibility, contractor data accuracy, and compliance
  • Develop enrollment strategies and manage contractor onboarding, enrollment, and field enablement
  • Build customer benefit sets, promotions, incentives, training materials, onboarding guides, and promotional tools
  • Support loyalty-platform initiatives, contractor education events, and targeted campaigns
  • Develop contractor prospect nurture strategies, selling tools, conversion incentives, and event strategies
  • Support national and regional trade shows and distributor events
  • Deliver monthly program reporting
  • Build segmented contractor datasets, define segment insights, and disseminate analytics
  • Support localized contractor data and territory action plans
  • Partner with IT, vendors, and data teams to optimize contractor data and insights
  • Develop builder pitch decks, brochures, sell sheets, image libraries, and other selling tools
  • Support homeowner-facing design centers and cobranded homeowner campaigns
  • Develop and scale multi-home incentive programs for builder usage and product preference

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years+ experience managing loyalty or credentialing programs
  • 5+ years experience in marketing roles focused on pull strategies and engagement initiatives with trades audiences
  • Understanding of the new construction, repair and remodel industries, and contractor and builder segments preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives, including managing key account relationships
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
