Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least three years of direct leadership experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Sound judgment
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with branch operations, consumer lending, and business development preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend moderate to advanced instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to write moderate to advanced correspondence within professional etiquette standards
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations
  • Ability to work within a moderately noisy, fast-paced environment
  • Regular use of computer required
  • Regular use of fine motor skills required
  • Close vision and ability to adjust focus from close range to long range
