About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the day-to-day execution of store openings, re-openings, rollouts, seasonal updates, and POS refurbishments.
  • Plan and coordinate the process from needs assessment and ordering through production and delivery to final installation.
  • Manage external suppliers, agencies, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate the procurement and availability of retail furniture, displays, inserts, components, and spare parts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and future requirements, ensuring materials are available on time.
  • Implement approved retail concepts and planograms in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, and Category Management.
  • Support retail partners with installations, replacements, repairs, and other POS requirements.
  • Coordinate quantities, orders, delivery dates, and installations across multiple locations.
  • Manage repairs, replacements, and modifications to existing retail elements.
  • Track project progress, timelines, budgets, order quantities, and delivery status, identifying delays and bottlenecks at an early stage.
  • Prioritize tasks and develop solutions for short-notice schedule changes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or a degree, ideally in retail, Retail Management, Project Management, or a comparable field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Retail Project Management, Retail Operations, POS Management, or a comparable coordination role.
  • Experience with operational projects in brick-and-mortar retail, such as store openings, rollouts, POS updates, shopfitting, or the implementation of displays and retail furniture.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a structured manner.
  • Experience with external suppliers, agencies, or production partners, as well as with ordering, production, delivery, and installation, is preferred.
  • Strong numerical skills, including managing quantities and inventory, as well as planning and tracking operational requirements.
  • Hands-on and solution-oriented approach.
  • Proactive and reliable communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independent, structured, and detail-oriented way of working.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Comfortable working in an international and cross-functional environment.
