About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver patient support across phone and email
  • Provide clear, accurate answers and a high-quality patient experience
  • Troubleshoot technical issues end to end

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, patient support, or a contact center role
  • Experience ideally in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to explain technical or clinical processes in plain language
  • Comfort troubleshooting technical issues and finding root causes
  • Experience with modern support tooling such as Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar
  • Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
  • Understanding of handling sensitive information
  • Availability to work shifts across a seven-day support schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • HIPAA familiarity is a plus
  • Employment eligibility confirmed through E-Verify
