About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead day-to-day management of digital media programs, including paid media campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, website performance, and social media activations
Partner with Delivery and Media leadership to ensure efficient resource utilization and program profitability
Create and streamline scalable agency-wide processes for planning, staffing, and delivering media programs
Ensure adherence to CourtAvenue standards, quality deliverables, milestones, and deadlines
Optimize project management software and systems across the media practice
Balance resources, budgets, and timelines to manage risk and pre-empt issues
Draft statements of work and contracts, and help design delivery teams
Evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodologies
Develop and oversee project timelines across creative, media, strategy, analytics, and client teams
Build strong external client and internal team relationships
Foster collaboration between client and agency teams
Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives, resource forecasting, and planning
Clarify requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate roadblocks and resolutions
Communicate across agency roles and external clients
Take ownership of media projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives
Provide tools, support, and training that enable innovative and effective media solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of project management and/or program management experience
Direct digital media experience is required
Previous experience implementing project management tools and platforms within an agency setting is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to operate under tight deadlines
Ability to work across multiple concurrent programs, utilizing and sharing resources effectively
Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Employees must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hire
