About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and create human-centric experiences aligned with business and brand strategies, user insights, and technology requirements
  • Research problem spaces, identify user needs, and recommend client opportunities
  • Lead, facilitate, and conduct research using contextual inquiries, interviews, workshops, moderated and unmoderated usability studies, competitive UX analysis, feature audits, and heuristic evaluations
  • Synthesize research and strategic recommendations into compelling presentation narratives
  • Translate data analysis and strategy recommendations into experience architecture, including sitemaps and wireframes
  • Articulate research findings and strategic recommendations for design application in consultation with design and development teams
  • Create experience journeys and roadmaps that bring the brand to life for users
  • Collaborate with creative counterparts in copy and visual design, as well as development, to deliver experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-ish years of agency or consultancy experience with an understanding of a startup environment and the flexibility needed to be successful
  • Samples of work that demonstrate your ability to articulate strategy, experience architecture, and recommendations
  • Fluent in design tools (e.g., Figma, Miro) to produce architecture and experience documentation
  • Required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hire
