About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and expand products including Protect AI, Protect Seniors, and new products
Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Clinical, Operations, and customers to understand clinical and business needs
Translate stakeholder and customer needs into product direction
Own product vision and roadmap
Design and deliver platform capabilities and API specifications with Engineering and AI teams
Write comprehensive product requirements and ensure requirements traceability across releases
Review specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback
Identify product gaps and inform overarching product vision
Define success metrics and customer reporting
Use AI tools, including AI-assisted prototyping, for discovery, analysis, and delivery
Champion best practices for planning, documentation, development, testing, and delivery
Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, engineering, or other roles that built relevant skills
Strong technical background with comfort working on platforms, API specifications, and data rather than user interface design
Experience in healthcare, ideally healthcare SaaS or health technology
Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and JSON
Ability to analyze data for product and business questions
Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and comfort with AI-forward products
Ability to work with internal teams and customers, including customers who experience products through metrics and reports
Experience writing detailed product requirements and reviewing technical design documents
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Passion for improving healthcare quality
Databricks experience preferred
Clinical or healthcare training or exposure preferred
Radiology exposure helpful but not required
Experience at a large technology company preferred
