Product Manager

• Own and expand products including Protect AI, Protect Seniors, and new products
• Work with Product, Engineering, Data Science, AI, Clinical, Operations, and customers to understand clinical and business needs
• Translate stakeholder and customer needs into product direction
• Own product vision and roadmap
• Design and deliver platform capabilities and API specifications with Engineering and AI teams
• Write comprehensive product requirements and ensure requirements traceability across releases
• Review specifications and technical design documents and provide feedback
• Identify product gaps and inform overarching product vision
• Define success metrics and customer reporting
• Use AI tools, including AI-assisted prototyping, for discovery, analysis, and delivery
• Champion best practices for planning, documentation, development, testing, and delivery
• Communicate product priorities, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership
