About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop ongoing marketing activities and the Veterinary Instrumentation brand across UK and international markets
  • Create and communicate marketing content, tools, and resources across products, technologies, and platforms
  • Own Veterinary Instrumentation’s digital presence and identity and identify audience-growth and business-performance opportunities
  • Support the core strategy, specialist brand, and CSR programme
  • Ensure adoption of brand guidelines across partner touchpoints
  • Manage design, production, and delivery of marketing materials and platforms across digital and traditional channels
  • Update SEO-focused website content, analyse traffic and performance, and produce data-driven conversion insights
  • Prepare, schedule, and develop social media strategy and content
  • Grow brand reach, presence, and community across social media platforms
  • Monitor and report on key digital platform performance
  • Lead email marketing campaigns and report on the online customer review process
  • Develop photography and videography content and coordinate product and clinical shoots
  • Write engaging copy for adverts, journals, publications, and webinars
  • Support international operations with market-tailored advertising and marketing content
  • Support product marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Review market trends and help keep the brand at the forefront of its market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience within a commercially orientated marketing environment and organisation
  • Marketing degree or relevant qualifications to demonstrate marketing knowledge
  • Ability to articulate and influence key strategic decisions and build relationships
  • High standard of organisational and project management skills
  • Copywriting ability and creative flair
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding environment and to budget
  • Strong analytical, insight development and reporting skills
  • Web management experience essential; Magento experience highly beneficial
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and E-CRM applications
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Canva, and monday.com
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
