About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop innovative business and technology solutions to improve Covius clients’ operational efficiency
Understand client business challenges and develop solutions with clients and Covius staff
Lead a team of Account Managers serving a portfolio of clients
Solve client business and technology challenges using the Covius mortgage services product suite
Apply planning, forecasting, and performance management solutions
Supervise Account Managers
Provide trusted-advisor advice on planning, forecasting, and implementation management solutions
Develop relationships within client organizations and build cross-functional stakeholder teams
Interact with production teams to provide products for clients
Coordinate with clients to meet agreed deadlines for information and decisions
Communicate with clients about Covius processes and products
Assist with drafting and coordinating proposals for potential Covius partners
Manage program/project performance from inception through deployment
Collaborate with clients and go-to-market teams on state-of-the-art solutions
Communicate with senior leadership about client trends, strategy, and reporting
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
5-10 years of Loss Mitigation Mortgage experience; title policy through final disposition
Document generation and print fulfillment experience
Previous experience managing a small team with shared goals
Previous experience managing relationships with C-level executives
Experience in title, mortgage, or financial industry preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Adaptability and flexibility
Experience managing people and processes to achieve organizational goals
Ability to cultivate a diverse and inclusive work environment
Reliable internet access
Ability to be on camera during virtual meetings and communications during standard business hours
Ability to collaborate across time zones and attend scheduled meetings during core business hours
Adherence to company policies regarding data security, time tracking, and virtual collaboration
