About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a key point of contact for resolving client issues in collaboration with the national sales team, auction representatives, and client stakeholders
- Perform data entry of required information
- Manage account relationships, maintain effective communications, and ensure customer requirements are met
- Work with the posting clerk to apply reconciliation, transportation, and other vehicle charges to the appropriate vehicle in the system
- Respond to customer inquiries relating to vehicles and assist in resolving problems
- Arrange required transportation and obtain transportation condition reports, bills, and related information
- Establish and continuously update electronic customer vehicle files with vehicle location, condition, announcements, and other activities
- Obtain floor price information from account representatives and enter it into the computer system
- Prepare sale vehicle run processes, including run order, scheduling, and customer account notices
- Reconcile incoming bills against ordered work and repairs for Institutional customer vehicles and resolve missing information or problems
- Balance sales and perform post-sale invoicing for accounts receivable as needed
- Prepare assigned vehicles for online programs with the Vehicle Operations Team
- Prepare sales, expense, sold vehicle, dealer attendance, lot and transportation damage, block summary, and other reports
- Follow all safety and health procedures and participate in Safety Excellence activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field; OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, receptive to change and able to multitask
- Prior clerical or administrative experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel required
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service required
- Must be able to operate adding machines and other office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.)
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communications and Organizational skills required
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
