  • Maintain tag documentation mapping tags to campaigns, conversion events, and owners
  • Coordinate tag requests with verification, rich media, and measurement vendors
  • Monitor delivery across ad servers, buying platforms, and publisher reporting
  • Investigate and resolve impression, click, and conversion discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot creative rendering, latency, and serving failures
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues with investigation summaries
  • Track recurring discrepancy patterns by publisher or platform
  • Maintain ad-serving hygiene by retiring completed placements, archiving inactive creative, and removing orphaned tags
  • Monitor impression consumption against vendor commitments and flag pacing variances
  • Support invoice validation by reconciling served impressions with vendor reporting
  • Maintain configuration documentation, user access, naming standards, and trafficking procedures
  • Execute pre-launch quality assurance checks
  • Pull ad server delivery reports for campaign reporting
  • Coordinate launches with the Activation Senior Specialist and other teams
  • Develop trafficking status views showing built, pending, and blocked work
  • Stay current on ad-serving standards, creative formats, privacy, and signal-loss developments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field; alternatives include a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience, or 6 years’ experience in a related field
  • Hands-on ad trafficking experience in an ad server such as Campaign Manager 360, or comparable third-party ad serving experience
  • Experience resolving delivery and impression discrepancies with publishers or platforms
  • Experience working with agencies, publishers, and vendors on technical troubleshooting
  • Attention to detail and trafficking accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills to identify root causes
  • Process discipline and consistent documentation of trafficking procedures
  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to marketing partners and vendors
  • Ability to manage concurrent trafficking requests against firm launch deadlines
  • Proficiency with Campaign Manager 360 or comparable ad server and familiarity with third-party ad servers and rich media vendors
  • Working knowledge of ad tags, pixel creation and implementation, and macro and cache-buster conventions
  • Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and video completion rate
  • Familiarity with HTML5, video, and rich media creative formats and platform specifications
  • Working knowledge of DV360 or comparable demand-side platforms and self-serve social buying platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship
