About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with creating knowledge content for in-field teams for new software enhancements and updates to existing software
  • Work directly with the Knowledge Management Director within the Business Leadership Team at vAuto
  • Design, develop, and validate weekly knowledge management articles
  • Develop new learning and training content
  • Collaborate with Performance Management, vAuto Support, Instructional Design, and Business Leadership stakeholders
  • Develop content outlines, job aids, and visual aids for adult learners
  • Create knowledge checks for adult learners
  • Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Present learning content to Performance Managers, Sales Specialists, and Performance Consultants across vAuto and Cox businesses
  • Build relationships and network with peers and professionals across Performance Management, Support, and Business Leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited university, pursuing a degree in instructional design, education, communications, business, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to organize complex information logically
  • Able to simplify complex topics
  • Confident presenter with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Responsive to feedback
  • Creative, adaptable, and able to pivot quickly
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Interest in the automotive industry and/or teaching and developing adult learners
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new software
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
  • Growth mindset
