About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the client advocate and own client satisfaction through accurate resolution
- Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Leverage resources to identify client needs, clarify and communicate information, research issues, and provide effective resolution
- Become proficient in knowledge base requirements, platforms, systems, and tools
- Maintain documentation of conversations to ensure handoff continuity and client profile accuracy
- Identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and provide best-in-class service
- Meet or exceed established key performance criteria
- Work across the organization to resolve client requests
- Assist clients with onboarding by providing application and registration status, next-step guidance, and answers to questions
- Dispatch available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis
- Communicate how clients can use client-facing tools
- Perform other duties as deemed necessary by management
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience or the equivalent
- Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge a strong plus
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, particularly in a phone or email context
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high energy, dynamic and demanding environment
- Demonstrated experience being a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
- Must reside in Phoenix, Arizona
- Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
