About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage client interactions via phone, email, and other communication methods supporting the DMS technical call center
- Handle routine customer questions about product usage and technical support issues for Dealertrack products
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Dealertrack solutions and products
- Develop and maintain technical expertise in Dealertrack products and the devices and platforms on which they function
- Accurately log customer information in the CRM customer ticketing system
- Adhere to ticket-processing objectives and support service-level agreements for response time and ticket closure
- Follow up on customer issues and respond to multiple open issues
- Work independently, multitask, and handle multiple tickets productively and timely
- Facilitate communication from the Support Team to other departments as needed to complete cases
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and document issues related to system performance and functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to accommodate extended hours, flexible work schedule, and work overtime as needed, including weekend hours
- Ability to work independently as a team to deliver on individual and business goals
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
- Ability to work any shift during business hours, Monday–Saturday, currently 5AM–6PM MDT
- Preferred: CRM case logging/Salesforce experience
- Preferred: Experience with interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
- Preferred: Automotive industry knowledge
