About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, personalized communication, and tailored solutions
  • Partner with sales, mobile inspections, dealer services, and trade desk teams to provide unified client service
  • Act as liaison between clients and internal business units, resolving issues from start to finish
  • Advise dealers on sales performance using industry trends, vehicle valuation data, and market insights
  • Coach clients on using the company’s tools and educate them on marketplace policies
  • Assist with customer care issues promptly and professionally
  • Offer tailored guidance on implementing clients’ wholesale strategies
  • Maximize VIN-level success and minimize churned client accounts
  • Analyze market insights and data to derive account recommendations
  • Support Vehicle Condition Specialists in capturing, inspecting, and listing off-site wholesale inventory
  • Communicate daily with Trade Desk Consultants about regional units
  • Coordinate with auction teams on vehicle handoffs between digital and physical sales channels
  • Provide weekly summaries of client activity and opportunities
  • Track client interactions in Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
  • Alternatively, any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred
  • Previous experience as a Wholesale Specialist preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills required
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong business relationships required
  • Problem solving and de-escalation skills required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 5 years’ experience in a related field may substitute for a diploma or certification
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
  • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
  • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship now or in future
  • Willingness to travel 15% of the time
