About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
  • BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • BACB Supervisor Training completed
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Team management ability
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Current BLS training
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
