About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hybrid BCBA program supervision
- Conduct in-person field visits
- Provide remote supervision, up to 60%
- Supervise and manage a clinical team
- Produce written reports
- Manage a manageable billable caseload of 110 Standard
- Attend monthly team meetings
- Collaborate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and relevant laws
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to write reports
- Team management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Master’s degree transcript required
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Current BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
