About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a blend of remote supervision and in-person field visits
Supervise and support technicians working in home-based, hands-on sessions
Manage a manageable caseload with a 110 Billable Standard
Participate in monthly team meetings and open-floor collaboration
Handle clinical supervision while the dedicated scheduling team manages scheduling
Write reports and manage a team
Meet deadlines and manage time independently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
BACB Supervisor Training completed
3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
Strong communication skills
Ability to write reports
Team management ability
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
Current TB test
Current BLS training
Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
