About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide supervision through a combination of in-person field visits and remote supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
  • Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Experience with children on the autism spectrum is a bonus
  • Completion of BACB Supervisor Training
  • 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong report-writing skills
  • Ability to manage a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
  • Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
  • Current TB test
  • Up-to-date BLS training
  • Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
