About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hybrid BCBA program supervision
- Conduct in-person field visits
- Perform up to 60% remote supervision
- Supervise and support technicians working in home-based, hands-on sessions
- Manage a caseload under the 110 Billable Standard
- Participate in monthly team meetings and collaboration
- Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Write reports
- Manage a team with minimal oversight
- Maintain required certifications, clearances, health testing, and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- Must be in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree transcript must be submitted
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum is advantageous
- Completion of BACB Supervisor Training
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Strong communication skills
- Report-writing ability
- Team management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Current BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
