About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide a combination of in-person field visits and remote supervision
Supervise behavior-analytic services and clinical teams
Manage a manageable caseload of 110 billable standard
Participate in monthly team meetings and open-floor collaboration
Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team
Write reports and maintain required documentation
Work independently with minimal oversight
Support hands-on technician training in home-based, real-life sessions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
BACB Supervisor Training completed
3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
Current TB test
Up-to-date BLS training
Strong communication skills
Report-writing ability
Team-management ability
Ability to meet deadlines, manage time, and work independently with minimal oversight
Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
