About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide hybrid BCBA program supervision through in-person field visits and remote supervision
- Make a meaningful impact on children’s lives through ABA services
- Supervise technicians working hands-on in clients’ homes
- Manage supervision responsibilities for a manageable caseload of 110 billable standard
- Attend monthly team meetings and collaborate with the team
- Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Strong communication skills
- Strong report-writing skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Current BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and applicable safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
