About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide supervision in a hybrid role combining in-person field visits with remote supervision, up to 60% remote
- Supervise and manage clinical teams and technicians
- Manage a manageable billable caseload under the 110 Billable Standard
- Attend monthly team meetings and participate in collaboration
- Coordinate with the dedicated scheduling team
- Write reports and complete supervision-related documentation
- Work independently with minimal oversight while meeting deadlines
- Support hands-on in-home technician training and real-life ABA sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; applicants without current BCBA certification will not be considered
- Must be in good standing with the BACB
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- BACB Supervisor Training completed
- 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle
- Master’s degree; transcript must be submitted
- Strong communication skills
- Report-writing ability
- Team management ability
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage time independently with minimal oversight
- Willingness to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance
- Current TB test
- Up-to-date BLS training
- Adherence to HIPAA and relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws
