About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute assigned day-to-day committee operations activities
Schedule committee meetings, manage calendars, and support agenda preparation
Assist with meeting setup, take draft minutes, and track basic action items
Maintain charters, committee member lists, and training logs
Develop endpoint event dossier packets under supervision
Communicate with committee members and internal teams regarding scheduling and materials
Liaise with statisticians, data management, CROs, and Sponsors
Recommend improvements to committee workflows and documentation practices
Perform additional activities as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

A nursing or BA/BS in a scientific field (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Viable applicants must pass a background and education verification check
