About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of sponsored campaigns across multimedia products, including virtual and in-person video and podcasts
- Assist with pre-planning, on-set, and post-editing coordination of in-person video shoots
- Assist with virtual video productions via Riverside, including creating recording studios and serving as virtual producer on screen
- Support and produce custom podcast campaigns using Riverside, managing timelines and creative assets
- Create registration and landing pages for podcast campaigns
- Assist with social-first content and content series across Instagram Stories, TikTok, and YouTube
- Maintain and update production calendars with the Senior Production Manager and Multimedia Producers
- Schedule and manage pre-production planning and calls
- Manage and review production assets and share post-edit notes with the post-production team
- Partner with the Senior Production Manager on case study templates, sizzle reels, and post-campaign materials
- Travel to industry events and other locations as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and media production
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines when needed
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Project management tools a plus
- Must be able to work onsite three days a week from one of the larger offices in Chicago, New York City, or Detroit
