About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the operational lead for partner fulfillment and support live event execution
  • Liaise between Events, Sales and Sales Marketing to execute partner commitments
  • Coordinate partner programs from sale through onsite execution
  • Integrate partner deliverables into event plans, timelines and run-of-show documents
  • Translate sponsorship obligations into activation plans covering timelines, branding, production and onsite execution
  • Manage partner communications and planning before each event
  • Coordinate partner activations, exhibits, branded environments, speaking opportunities and experiential elements
  • Ensure contracted sponsorship benefits are delivered accurately and creatively
  • Lead custom partner programs, VIP experiences and bespoke event engagements
  • Support registration, attendee flow, speaker management, VIP experiences and onsite logistics
  • Serve on the onsite event management team
  • Support sponsorship renewals, client relationships and account growth opportunities
  • Develop creative activation concepts with Events leadership, Sales and clients
  • Manage sponsorship-related expenses and activation budgets
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, attendee experiences and premium activations
  • Serve as the primary onsite resource for partner needs
  • Support partner debriefs, fulfillment reporting and continuous-improvement recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Background in event, partnership or sponsorship work
  • Experience in sponsorship fulfillment, experiential marketing, conference production or event operations
  • Exceptional relationship-building ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to develop creative activation ideas, coordinate complex logistics and deliver outstanding onsite experiences
  • Experience collaborating across Events, Sales and Marketing to support client satisfaction, renewals and revenue growth is strongly preferred
  • In-office presence three days a week required
  • Ability to travel to events, client meetings and geographically separated offices as needed
  • Ability to work non-standard hours, including early-morning, evening or weekend shifts, when required
