About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Service Administration team
Set clear goals and expectations and use KPI-driven standard work to monitor progress and drive performance
Identify and manage metrics supporting the annual operating plan, productivity, customer satisfaction, and policy compliance
Allocate customer assignments to balance workload and ensure timely, accurate order administration
Drive standardization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across the order-to-delivery process
Champion continuous improvement initiatives
Serve as an escalation point and provide guidance, direction, and timely resolution
Act as customer advocate for order management and capture and communicate the Voice of the Customer
Lead contract administration, order fulfillment, and end-to-end customer support activities
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor or management

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' related experience
3+ years of previous management experience
Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Order Management, contract terms, manufacturing, people management, operational excellence and lean office
Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Oracle systems
Advanced skills in employee development, team building, business acumen, continuous improvement, systems and tools, project management, and written and verbal communication
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to solve problems
Strong communication skills and ability to maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Experience presenting and communicating results with various stakeholders across the business
BS in Business or related field
Where access to Controlled Data or Information is required, only US Persons will be considered under ITAR
Satisfactory background check required
FAA-sensitive positions require participation in a random drug test pool
Ability to work in a standard office/manufacturing environment and use required PPE
Ability to travel regularly, 25–50%, to visit business sites
