About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
Complete initial estimates and write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
Lock final estimates
Manage each repair throughout the process
Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards
Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide the best possible customer experience
Pull and review all data procedures for or with Body Technicians
Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
Pre-close final repair orders
Handle disbursement paperwork
Address exceptions in files
Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete

Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred
