About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
- Complete initial estimates
- Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
- Lock final estimates
- Manage each repair throughout the process
- Perform in-process quality control to ensure Crash Champions’ standards
- Keep customers informed and updated on vehicle status
- Review data procedures for/with Body Technicians
- Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
- Pre-close the final repair order
- Handle disbursement paperwork
- Address file exceptions
- Ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete
Requirements
