About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Educate customers on vehicle repair processes, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value
Complete initial estimates and write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation
Lock final estimates
Manage each repair throughout the process and perform in-process quality control
Keep customers informed about vehicle status
Pull and review all data procedures for or with Body Technicians
Complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
Pre-close the final repair order
Handle disbursement paperwork
Address file exceptions and complete carrier-specific requirements
