About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure that all customers and prospective customers are greeted and assisted in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain a clean workspace as the first point of contact customers have with the facility
- Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence, directing matters to the appropriate person or department
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors
- Handle receivables, payables, accounting-system data entry, spreadsheets, and month-end statement balancing
- Perform other related duties as assigned
